How reservation information is used
Information submitted with a reservation request is stored securely so TOHA Hotel can review your requested stay, contact you, and manage the reservation process. It is not used to take payment.
Policy under hotel review
A complete policy covering retention, access, analytics, payments and guest rights will be published after TOHA Hotel approval. Until then, optional analytics and payment collection remain inactive.
